How much of my time will this take each week?
About 20 minutes once we're live. During the first week, we'll spend 2 hours together mapping out your services, pricing, and exact voice. After that, we handle the production and tech. You'll just need a few minutes each week to approve a workflow. The goal is to take work off your desk, not give you a second job.
Will the automated replies make me sound like a robot?
Not at all. We build smart workflows that handle the repetitive sorting and draft replies in your actual tone. The system drafts the reply so you can review and send it once you've approved.
I've worked with agencies before and got lots of 'reach' but zero new business. How is this different?
